I was quoted 700.00 for a roof repair. The day of repair, I was told the entire roof needed replacement and they put a tarp over my roof. No repairs were done at that time. When I asked for my 700.00 back, I was told they would take it off the amount of a new roof. I told him that I wanted to get another estimate from another company and wasn't sure if I would be using grendi. He told me that was my choice but would not give me back my money. I am a single mom of 3 children and I think it is terrible that he kept my hard earned money. A tarp does not cost 700.00 dollars. Never will I recommend this company. Better yet, after the review I received a call from them at which time he proceeded to argue with me until I finally hung up .

The customer service is excellent and the team that completed the job was very friendly and did it with care. The job was done quickly and my roof now looks great. I am satisfied with the work that I have decided to do the siding of my house with this company. Thank you!

After another contractor strung us along for almost a year, Grendi Construction. came in and saved the day! Company owner was awesome to work with. He made sure everything stayed coordinated and moving along. It felt like no time until we had a new, beautiful roof!
