I was nervous replacing my HVAC --- put the team at Elite Air really did everything and more to make us feel at ease. From the phone support to the estimates to the actual installation (shoutout to Luis and Ken!) --- super satisfied customers here

I replaced my condo heatpump system last year after my last one died after 17 years and went with Elite Air because they seemed to do a lot of business in the community and could do the install on short notice. I don't know what has gone wrong but the system is constantly breaking and the repairs are not working in the past year. I think this is our 8th service call, and my tenant has been without AC or heat for multiple week-plus long extended periods of time as we wait for the next part they are ordering to come in and try. The company call answering service is responsive and apologetic, the repairmen who come seem to be trying hard, and haven't charged me yet for all this effort because its under warranty, but something is very wrong and I'm worried we'll get past the warranty and I will be stuck with a damaged system. I think they are spread too thin and/or they damaged the unit on installation and it's never really worked correctly. Services: HVAC system repair, Installation
