My scheduled “window” was later in the day but Elite called me asked if their technician could come early. I agreed and Tyler showed up shortly thereafter. He was polite, informative and we talked through the process for both my mini-split unti and my HVAC system, and then he went to work. When the maintenance check and installation of an air scrubber was completed, he reviewed everything that was done, processed my payment and left everything as it was found. All-in-all a pleasant, efficient and professional experience.

I had Elite Air service both of my upstairs and downstairs central AC units for the beginning of the new season. I was a little apprehensive because the AC tech who came out was young He seemed confused when testing the outdoor portion of the service and mentioned that we should look at replacing our downstairs AC unit based on his “readings”, and called a sales rep. to stop out a few days later. Mind you I never had an issue with the AC units other than adding refrigerant to the upstairs unit, but I thought it would be a good idea to have them both serviced, as we are in the process of selling our house. The sales rep came out a few days later and said he would give me an estimate because “both our units should be replaced”, as they were 19 years old. I then went on vacation and turned off the AC units since no one was going to be home for a few weeks. Fast forward to last week, I turned on both AC units remotely from my Nest app last since we had a family member using the house. I w
