The temperature outside was 17F so I needed a quick answer from them. I left a message and the owner, Scott Greiff called me back in no time. I explained in detail what the problem was and he quickly identified the root cause of the issue. Rather than charging me hundreds of dollars for an emergency weekend visit, he stayed on the phone with me for almost an hour. He patiently explained me step by step how to fix the problem with a high-pressure switch and a clogged condensate trap. Scott guided me on the phone so that I cold fix the furnace quickly.
