We first worked with Roman over 4 years ago when we rented out our condo and were happy with the service he provided then. Now we're selling it and needed to address some mystery issues with a non-working electrical baseboard heater and a bedroom light switch that did nothing. I don't typically write reviews, but for this service I definitely needed to. Roman was absolutely wonderful, friendly, responsive, and FAST! He was able to diagnose the issue in under 10 minutes which included checking the circuit breakers, electrical outlet testing, and identified the issue we were experiencing for repair. Yesterday, Mr. Roman Chodaba turned what had been a frustrating morning into a most pleasant afternoon. The delivery/"installation" employees who delivered a new electric range were unable to install the appliance, stating an electric outlet was required. Their statement was misleading because I later learned from Mr. Roman that the range could be installed using the existing conduit. An employee of the building had suggested I call Mr. Roman and provided me with his phone number. I was only in town for the day. I first spoke with him at 10:49 AM and sent photos via text message. Mr. Roman arrived at 12:39 PM. Now that is prompt service! Mr. Roman had a most pleasant personality and energy. It was a pleasure speaking with him and doing business with him.
