I am very dissatisfied with this service. I am a manager for a Dr's Office and had called this company for services. My first experience I left a message and nobody got back to me. Second time I called again and left a message, I received a response within 48 hours and booked an appointment. The plumber did not show up on the appointment date. He came the following week without notice. The issue was the toilet was not flushing, he changed the flusher free of charge which did not need to be changed. He then left and didn't come back. The toilet then overflowed the following day. I called again and made another appointment being nothing was resolved. Nobody showed up for the appointment so I called to see what happened they explained they were delayed and could be here an hour after my call. I had explained when making the appointment that we see patients in the office and the time frame was from 9-2 for the plumber to come, nobody called to say they were running late. Very inconsiderate

Unprofessional. Don't waste your time. I called several times over the course of a few weeks to no avail. Finally, I got through to the owner who made up various excuses for not getting back to me. He then came on location and assessed the job - HVAC installation. He was rather arrogant but nonetheless promised to give me a quote for the job and, of course, he never did. I followed up three times and was ghosted. Total waste of time and energy. Why work with people like that?

Howard and his team really offered us a white-glove experience in a challenging time. While they were not the cheapest quote we received to repair our water heater, they seemed the most experienced, knowledgeable and professional of the bunch. The team was on time, clean and professional while my wife and I had to work from home during the replacement. Service: Water heater installation
