I hired Imperial Roofing to replace exterior molding on my roof and replace my roof. Seven months later the work is uncompleted. The molding isn't done. The roof leaks. They never finished painting. Dozens of emails and texts later, I'm left with no recourse but to take them to small claims court. Service: Roof repair
Very organized, professional and clean roofing contractor. Very pleasant to have done business with Mike, Jasmine and Lexys. They were all friendly and explained everything step by step. Highly recommend these guys. Very fair with pricing and kept to our agreed terms from the very beginning. Would definitely do business with them for future projects.
I used Imperial roofing about 7 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. I have a flat roof so wear and tear occurs and they always come out and check and make adjustments. I highly recommend them.
