All I can say is "thank you" for your same day fast response. The techs are true professional. Even though it was a complicated problem (kitchen and bathroom), they were able to solve it in less than an hour. Very please with the outcome. Service: Drain cleaning

Roto Rooter-Middlesex was quick to respond to our clogged shower drain. We were lucky to get a same day service in the morning that we called. Antonio and his co-worker were very polite and professional and were able to fix the issue with our shower drain without a problem. they had no problem putting on shoe covers and wearing masks to make sure that we were comfortable. I sometimes get dirty looks from technicians from other companies when I ask them to wear shoe covers or masks, but Antonio and his co-worker were so nice that we didn’t feel any guilt for requesting them to wear protective gear. Ramon from Roto Rooter was amazing. We had a serious pipe break which required a major fix. Ramon was able to solve our issue very quickly and was able to correct our pipe problem. We also had a leaking main line valve and Ramon waited around until the water company arrived so that he could replace our valves for us. Overall we were in a terrible situation and Ramon was able to fix it for us at a fair price and in a timely manner. Will definitely use Roto Rooter again.
