Guarini Inc is doing work on a one block stretch of Magnolia Ave. They are replacing the water and sewer mains and replacing each home's water and sewer line from the curb. The crew is nice and when some water was leaking into my basement they quickly found and fixed it. I am grateful for the new lines being replaced at no cost to the homeowners. My only complaint (and knowing that Rome wasn't built in a day) is that they have been at it for 4 months with no end in sight. It is very disruptive to the neighborhood. I don't understand this. Are they being paid per diem?

We’re very professional, especially after a long day. They finished at 10 pm and had to work 7 am the next day. We now have hot water which is all we needed. Would highly recommend this company Service: Water heater installation
