We had Royal install mini splits throughout our home this summer. They did the job ahead of schedule and were outstanding throughout the entire process. Chris and his team answered every question we had and were extremely professional while working in our home. I cannot recommend the team at Royal enough for all your Heating and AC needs. While it remains to be seen if my central A/C unit continues to function properly, I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism and apparent attention to detail from this morning's visit. After a weekend of excessive heat, my A/C was struggling to keep up. I called Royal Air this morning and they said they would try to get out to us today, the earliest being the afternoon. But less than hour later they called to say they could swing by in the morning. Chris showed up with his diagnostic equipment at the ready, got it plugged in and monitoring, and even cleaned the side filters of my unit. After about 15 minutes he gave it the all-clear, saying that everything checked out and it was likely just overheating due to dirty filters. He didn't try to sell me on anything, told me to keep an eye on it for a few days, and if any issues come up, they'd be right out to take a look. Definitely adding them to my contacts.
