I’ve used Infinite comfort for 2 years now and I cannot believe how expensive they are. I’ve had central A/C in this house and other homes in the past and I have never spent the kind of money in the past 2 years that I spent with this company. I just spent $600 today for them to tell me that one of my units is not working. But if I want it to work I can spend another $1000 and then it will work - maybe. The same unit they “fixed” last year when I spent $1500. I understand that older units cost money but this is ridiculous. There are cheaper alternatives that will get me better or at the minimum the same results and I will go with them in the future. I cannot believe all these 5-star reviews and no one mentions the outrageous prices with very little results. To be fair they have decent customer service. They are responsive and they come on time and the technician is somewhat friendly but I’m paying for results mainly, customer service is the bonus. EDIT: So I was proven wrong. The owner
Recently, my air conditioning stopped working. I reached out to Infinite Comfort over the weekend and they promptly provided me with an estimate for a complete replacement. The installation was complex, requiring a crane to lift the condenser unit onto the roof of a five-story building. Despite the challenge, the price was very competitive. Fabio and felipe performed the installation with great care and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend their services.
I am a new customer and everyone has been wonderful and personable. Prior to my scheduled appointment, someone from the office called to let me know my tech was on the way. When Senior Tech Fabio arrived he was very professional and courteous. He inquired of the system was working good and then got directly to work. I watched as he worked and asked several questions that were promptly answered. I was so impressed, I sign a yearly contract which was comprehensive and reasonable.
