I am a new customer and everyone has been wonderful and personable. Prior to my scheduled appointment, someone from the office called to let me know my tech was on the way. When Senior Tech Fabio arrived he was very professional and courteous. He inquired of the system was working good and then got directly to work. I watched as he worked and asked several questions that were promptly answered. I was so impressed, I sign a yearly contract which was comprehensive and reasonable. Recently, my air conditioning stopped working. I reached out to Infinite Comfort over the weekend and they promptly provided me with an estimate for a complete replacement. The installation was complex, requiring a crane to lift the condenser unit onto the roof of a five-story building. Despite the challenge, the price was very competitive. Fabio and felipe performed the installation with great care and attention to detail. Throughout the process, communication with the owner was excellent. I highly recommend their services.
