I highly recommend Kay’s Affordable!!!! I needed a ventilation system install in my nail salon and the work was very clean, and the workers were very respectful and cared about the quality of the work.The owner even came through to see if I was satisfied with the work that was done and just that care and concern made me very satisfied with the job in total. I manage multiple residential and commercial properties in northern NJ. We had a need for an emergency air conditioning repair on July 4, 2021. A friend of mine had talked up Kay’s Affordable HVACR, so I called the company. The owner of the whole company, Kay, showed up on the holiday to fix an elderly couple’s AC. His work and care for the customer were outstanding. Ever since, he has been our go to guy for repairs, replacement, and even new installations. The Kay’s technicians are knowledgeable and take time to explain how things work and offer alternatives for specific needs and budgets. Having shopped around, I can say that Kay’s rates are not the very bottom cheapest, but for a legitimate business with master licenses and insurance I can confidently say that Kay’s rates tend to be below market. In summary, managing properties is much easier now that we have a vendor that we can always trust to get the job done for us, and who can be trusted in people’s homes and business wi
