Kevin and his assistant were very professional and easy to talk to regarding the cleaning and maintenance of my AC units. An earlier problem was diagnosed as my thermostat not functioning and had been handled very quickly. In 2017, Air Temp installed my heating and air-conditioning system and an excellent job. They have installed and serviced my central air and heating unit since 2017. They always do a fantastic job in keeping my unit in tip top shape and do a very thorough job in explaining any work that is or may be required. Have had no problems great service group. Would have been a 5 but not sure what happened! Scheduling the appointment was easy ???? they worked with us along the way. Very helpful via email, text and phone. Then Kevin came check out when needed to happen. He was nice ???? Said they’d get back to us! Then I got ghosted ???? It’s been a month. Very strange! I’ve reached out via text and email. I guess they are too busy. ????‍♂️
