I can’t speak highly enough about Lincoln Mechanical! Jim, Chris and the entire team have been a tremendous resource for all issues related to our home heating and cooling. From the moment I first reached out, they’ve been highly responsive, professional and trustworthy in all of their assessments and recommendations. They provided a detailed proposal that outlined several different options, and they took the time to explain the costs and benefits of each. They followed up and checked in throughout the process — even on weekends and evenings — and never tried to pressure or upsell. Jim also presented some thoughtful and attractive financing options and rebates that other contractors were not even aware of! When we were ready to commence work, the Lincoln team was terrific! They were careful and respectful of our home and even mindful of the fact that my wife and I were working downstairs while they too were at work (so as to keep the noise down). We barely knew they were in the house!
