Called someone regarding my broken heater - they said technician would come out 45min to an hour. 2 hours later, still no one, freezing in my condo, had to call in again and the representative hung up on me. No one ever came, no one even called me back.

Ali was very organized arriving and undertaking the job in hand. He also gave advice on other plumbing issues whilst completing the job of which I was thankful for. I would recommend his company to others in safe knowledge his work is excellent!!

It was a great experience working with Kyle and this company for the repair of a wall heater in a tenant unit. Kyle was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me. The technicians, Jesus and Hector who came over twice were on time, respectful and knowledgeable. Ali was ordered and thermostat replaced. It all went very smoothly.
