The.worst.experience.EVER. Because of the negligence of the plumber to show up on time, we now have a legal situation with our tenant, who is litigious and was looking for an excuse to say that we never fixed things for her. The first day, I drove one hour to sit in the car and wait for the plumber during the three hour time that was given, that appointment had to be moved down five hours. The tenant refused the appointment and refused to let us into the apartment at that time (which we could ordinarily contradict with the lease, but it’s a complex matter and she is litigious, so we made a second appointment the next day). The next day, they told us several times they would be there during a two hour window. I called and made sure before the appointment and drove up again from a different county and waited in my car for three hours. The whole time, I kept calling back and they told me the technician said he was on the way and then stopped messaging. I waited an extra hour and the te

Technician was extremely rude and condescending upon initial request for an estimate for a repair. Went with another option that was 3x less expensive than what he was quoting. Beware using their service and make sure you get competing quotes.

Union City Plumbing & Handyman understand tasks and you get exactly what you want done to your standards. Very professional and the monetary rates are average. I have had complex jobs from lighting installations to simple jobs such as hanging photos in an arrangement and they take every job seriously. I have even had him come out on a weekend which they have generously accommodated for me. Very thankful I found Union City Plumbing & Handyman!
