I tried 2 different companies and neither of them could come out to help today for us. I called Xpert and Xavier came and was able to fix a number of sockets working for me and lights again. Heat was not restored but He was very professional, respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and definitely knows what he is doing! He explained in detail everything I needed to know and even took the time out to speak to my husband by phone to explain what was wrong with our home. They picked up my phone call at 8:30am, (unlike 2 other companies I contacted prior) and took the initiative to offer me comforting assurances, such as licensed- and background-checked technicians, as well as sending me picture of the technician I expect.
