I am very happy with the roof instalation which was done shortly after the estimation was given. It took a bit longer due to shortages to get the gutters but they quickly and cleanly installed them. The work was performed at a reasonable cost and I was kept informed Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

We share the views of other disappointed customers of Hansen Bros after getting a quote on work months ago and paying a $500 deposit they are now impossible to contact. After leaving numerous messages & calling into their (always closed) office we are now considering how to claw back that $500. This is abysmal service and they should not be in business! Update months later - they finally showed up and did a great job! I would still rate their customer service one star but the finished work is a four star if you don’t mind the frustration of waiting!

We had our roof fully replaced by Hansen Bros and must say it was the best experience i have encountered in dealing with a contractor. They showed up right on time and before i can blink the job was done! No issues, no drama, no headaches. I thank Hansen Bros once again for a tremendous job!
