As a homeowner, you consider 4 areas when hiring a plumber. Responsive Value Timely Quality I can say that we've checked the boxes for all of the above. We used DB Plumbing for a leak that was coming through our ceiling between the 1st and 2nd floor. I will say that we did need more than just a plumber as we wanted the complete job of removing the ceiling, fix the plumbing, replace drywall and paint. Responsive: We had contacted Drilon early on Jan 7th, and he was at our house later that afternoon. We discussed the work that needed to be done, then scheduled the work to begin Friday the 13th at 8am Value: After going through several plumbers and contractors, they Were all pretty much around the same ballpark. To put it bluntly, my encounter with this company has left me utterly dismayed by their utter lack of professionalism and efficiency, prompting me to vehemently discourage anyone from considering their services. Let me begin with their woeful sense of time management and overall work efficiency. A particularly disruptive incident occurred one fateful Monday morning when a swarm of personnel barged in to remove old radiators from various apartments. The end result? Not only did they utterly fail to complete the task on time, but they also managed to inflict extensive damage to my apartment floor due to their careless handling of the equipment. HE KNeW WHAT HE WANTED TO DO BUT STILL DIDN'T EVEN ORDER THE PART FOR 2.5 WEEKS. After calling and being willing to pay after hour repair rates to fix my heating. He says he will try the board to not have to rebuild the entire unit. I said great let me know I was contacting regularly to see what the status was. After 2 AND A HALF WEEKS he hadn't ordered the part. He finally says he'll order and let me know price and timeline, he never responded 24 hrs later (I was not expecting anything to happen over weekends, this was all business days). So I sent him a text so I fired him. He may have just cost me the sale of the house, and he knows that was what I needed the repair for.
