We have continued to use Windheim Plumbing since we purchased our home 15 years ago. Last week Tyler and Frank came to install our new water heater and boiler. They were great! They were so nice and extremely professional. The work they did was extremely clean and efficient. After everything was set up, Tyler walked us through what we needed to know about both the water heater and boiler. The whole set up looks great! We would highly recommend Windheim Plumbing for any plumbing and heating needs you may have.

I write reviews with caution as they can both help or hurt a company. I had a new bathroom created from scratch and Windheim did all my plumbing. Definitely not the cheapest or most expensive but most important they took time to do it correct and actually showed up. Everything didn't go perfect because such as life things can go wrong. Here is the most important part of my review!!!! Tom made sure in the end everything was perfect and was accountable for his work. There is always temptation to point fingers and shy away from corrections and this was a stand up guy. A man of his word. My past experience with contractors in general has been if it doesn't go smooth its someone else's fault and they disappear. Windheim Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use going forward. Frank and Jason were responsive, professional and great to work with.
