Sean Balzer just performed service on my wired fire alarm. He was the original electrician that installed my fire alarm and also my carbon monoxide alarm. I specifically asked for him for today's service. He is the absolute combo of what defines a skilled professional, patient, pleasant personality customer experience. I dont typically call tradesmen to my home, as I repair almost everything myself...im glad I did this time. Steven showed up with a professional image, respectful greeting, and the energy to give me confidence in his abilities. My attic fan was replaced with my new roof, but the connections were different than what I was used to, so I had to call a professional. Hahaha, jokes on me as companies don't return your call...except Mister Sparky answered right away! Jackpot. Steven crushed the job and now my attic isn't 1,000 degrees anymore.
