One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

My AC unit is 3 yrs old the Sunday prior to Labor Day my air stopped working it was 95,96 degrees outside. The inside of the house was 86. I called 1 hr on the outside chance they might be able to come out. I called late at 3pm because I was out anyway they sent someone out .Joel Robles was the tech that came. He was very polite & professional. He found the problem & fixed it. I was grateful I wasn't looking forward to sleeping in that heat. About 2 weeks later I was due for a tune up on the system so 1 hr sent Joel again & he was polite,professional & pleasant. Joel does a great job!! Service: HVAC system maintenance

Technician was good and professional. I'm assuming that the service went well. My big disappointment is that I have to buy my own filters. Wasn't advised of that when I purchased the system or I would not have purchased that system. Very convenient. Was told it was a good system and would taken care of by the company. Now I'm told I have to furnish my own filters. Not satisfactory. Filters should be part of the service, It's like taking a bath and putting your dirty underware on. My Tech June and Assistant Greg were excellent they were professional friendly and highly skilled. This was difficult installation and they finished in one day. They always took time to answer my questions. The job site was kept clean and neat. One Hour as CCC company supports military veterans with special mai tenancy deals. I would highly reccomend One Hour for all HVAC needs . Their office personnel are always helpful and courteous.
