I have now used Homestead twice in 3 years for roof repairs and I cannot say enough about their quality of work. 3 years ago I had a leak above my sliding glass door. I had two roofing companies come and fix two separate areas of the roof and both did not work and cost an arm and a leg. I called Homestead for an estimate and what they thought it was and I showed them what was repaired already. They immediately knew the issue and had it fixed within 48 hours. I also just got them to repair some damage from a wind storm that was previously fixed by another company (Homestead was too busy to come asap). The estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed promptly and no more leaking inside my house. I called Homestead to fix a leak in my roof and I couldn’t be happier with their service! I have an old house and it was difficult to determine exactly where the leak was stemming from. After the initial work was performed, my roof still leaked. Homestead showed up within hours of me calling to try something else. The work performed after their first attempt was at no additional cost. The owner also waited for several rain storms to pass to make sure the problem was fixed before accepting payment. Called yesterday morning, a woman answered the phone. I told her I was having issues with ice damns and that water was starting to come into my home. She asked for my name, address and phone number and told me I would receive a call back. It’s now been over 24 hours and nobody has returned my phone call, if you don’t do the job I’m asking you to do at least have the decency to call me and tell me you’re unable to help me. I would never even think to you use you guys for any service after the treatment I received.
