American Airflow

We hired American Airflow to look at our humidifier and they pointed out several issues with our system that were defunct. The humidistat from the previous installer was located in a place where it was not properly reading our homes humidity, the water source was tapped off the cold water supply reducing the system’s efficiency and the solenoid was not opening. American Airflow quoted us with 2 solutions for repair and replace and because of our units design and position we opted for replacement. The work was scheduled within the same week and was prompted completed in about 3 hours. American Airflow installed a new digital humidistat at the proper location in the duct work, tapped off the hot water supply to improve efficiency, replaced some duct work replaced the drain line, installed an outside humidity probe and of course a new humidifier. American Airflow has been servicing our A/C system for the past several years , so when it came to replacing it, they were the ones I called. All of the staff both on site and in the office are polite and courteous. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and everything was explained to me. Also appreciated the way they cleaned up after the work was done. i would highly recommend this company for any of your heating and A/C needs.
