I am very satisfied with Gene and his team. We requested the old wood platform where washer and dryer stand in the basement be removed and install new one. He asked the right questions and explained why and what types, materials, etc. Very clear with communications and professional from start to finish. The workmanship of the finished pedestal was such good quality that was above and beyond our expectation. I saw them working and they do the work that will last long time. The finished product is perfectly leveled, solid, sturdy with even nice trims around the edge. Our washer and dryer are not shaking anymore. Thanks Gene, we are so happy about it. Had Gene replace 5 windows, I just moved to the area and didn't have any recommendations. Found him on the internet and he did a fantastic job. Gave me some good suggestions and cleaned up after himself like he was never there. Will be using him in the future for more work for sure. 10/10
