Contracted with them to repair my a section of my pavers and put in an access panel for the septic as well as a gutter repair. They started the job originally 3 weeks after they originally said they would with no follow-up calls and I had to contact them. I had agreed with Zach on a price and that the paver access panel would be concrete and steel under the pavers. His brother ended up doing it wood on dirt and 3/4" wood planks under the pavers and a poor job of laying them also. I'm going to have to have it professionally redone. I had voiced my concerns about this approach and it was not what I contracted for but my fault was I paid them and then took my issue up with Zach which originally said he would make it right, but then recanted said since I paid them that I had accepted the end result. We had no idea what was all involved in replacing our roof. Master Pro was referred to us and it was a blessing. Our representative was Zach. He was a mound of information to help us with getting our new roof. The crew came in and went to work . Within 1 day we had our new beautiful roof. They had a promotion and we had free gutters as well. They were considerate of our property and our landscaping. All precautions were taken to prevent any damage. Do not hesitate to contact them. Zach and team did an outstanding job replacing our old roof and installing new skylights. They were very professional, cleaned up everything after they left and honest from the beginning.
