Deegan Roofing, Siding & Gutter

When I was obtaining estimates to get a new roof,Brian Deegan came in person to explain the process of removing the existing roof, and then putting on a brand new roof. The original estimated price was reasonable. Both Brian and Paige, his receptionist, were very informative and professional. The foreman, kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of the installation of the roof. Most importantly, the foreman made me aware that I needed additional plywood boards to replace the ones that were rotting. Even though the workers had to stop due severe thunderstorms, when I returned home, I found the driveway and the area surrounding the house neatly cleaned up . From what I could see of my new roof, it looked good, however, it might have been nicer if I could have seen photos of the back of the roof, since I wasn’t able to see that section.I hope you are able to see this review and apply the $100 credit to my final bill. Once again, I highly recommend Deegan Roofing. This is my fourth time using them. On August 31, 2023 I had my second roof put on by Deegan. The first was also put on by Deegan 25 years ago. This time included all new gutters with screens, leaders, two basement windows, fix soffits, trim around garage door all at a fair price. D'angelo, who put these jobs together, was very helpful to me in my decisions. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. One day was roof, next day the rest. The men worked almost non-stop to get these jobs done. They were very professional and respectful of me and the property. They did protect all my landscaping. They made sure they cleaned up everything. The work they did looks great. Good company and employees. Job well done! Thank you so much!

My experience with Deegan Roofing was extremely positive from the 1st call to setting up an appointment and scheduling installation of new seemless gutters. The pricing was on target and the quality of their work was very professional neat and clean.
