Contracted through Lowes to originally inspect a dishwasher installed by another company in December. First appointment was cancelled by Dependable half hour after the appointment window started. Loss of pay for me. A week later new appointment made and gentlemen came out to inspect. Seemed knowledgable. Lowes needed to replace our dishwasher and booked installation with Dependable. Made a Saturday appointment but still needed to take off of work and lose a day of pay. Time of appointment was between 8-12. When I called to verify today's appointment, I was told we were second stop after a blocked toilet near their office. At 11:50, I finally received a call from the installer and the Lowes store saying he was there to pickup the new machine and that I needed to buy a new installation kit. I'm not sure where the miscommunication was (whether store level or installer) but this was incorrect. At 12:00, was informed that he was on his way to my house. Steve is a professional and I am highly satisfied with his work and his approach to solving the problems at hand. The materials he used were spot on where I knew he was installing what was necessary and good quality, not trying to cut corners that often times others may do. I highly recommend Steve and look forward to dealing with him with future work.

Called Thursday night after hours to get the answering service. Within 2 minutes I received a call from Steve and was scheduled for the first call in the morning for a clogged toilet line. I received a courtesy call at 8am to advise that the tech was on the way. He arrived within 15 minutes, completed the job, was courteous enough to wrap up the snake so that it didn't drip through the house. A simple job, done right and done quickly. They are in my phone as a go to.
