Lou was fantastic. Courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done in record time. He did not leave until he had checked to be sure everything worked correctly. My neighbor has also used this service and is very happy with it.
Made appointment based on their number 1 rating from Gloucester County newsletter. Arrived on scheduled day and time. Installer assessed problem and provided estimate which I accepted. Replaced the 2 motors and metal wheels which reduced the sound. Could probably have easily upsold me on 2 new doors (28 years old) for $2800 but said they were still in great shape with plenty of life left in them. Had all the parts on the truck and completed the work in about an hour and a half. Explained all the mechanisms and warranties. He was a really nice guy whose name I sadly can’t remember!! Highly recommend.
This was a very pleasant experience for me. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.
