One of the best companies we ever used. They did our driveway, steps, chimney, and roofing. We will definitely hire them again for our other projects. Very professional and extremely affordable!
Initial deal was good but got surprised with additional charge for repairing sheets which was not documented in the contract. Workers are careless. Deck area and outdoor dining area were not properly covered and couple flowers and outdoor sink damaged (which someone came and cleaned afterwards). Roof and shingle work seems ok but had to text a couple times to clean the gutters from construction debris. Lino seems like a good project manager but these issues should be addressed
I just had my sidewalk done. My estimate was 100% accurate and the work was done in a very timely manner. I was fully kept in the loop about progress and any issues due to weather. I would definitely recommend London Construction to anyone looking to have a project done by someone that is honest and cares about doing a good job.
