Air Care New Mexico

After our AC went out, we were in pretty dire straits trying to find a company that could get out to us. Busy season, so everyone was booked out pretty far. We had another company bail on an appointment. AirCare communicated consistently, and told us they’d get to us as soon as they could. True to it, they got to us much earlier than anticipated and did a great job. Our air is running great, I had no issues coordinating with them for our appointment, and the rates are more than fair. Thank you to Nick, Kayla, and Katrina for helping us through this ordeal and I would 10/10 recommend this business.

Extremely responsive, worked us in to get us heat, when system was down, and the temperature out was in the 20’s. They had heat running in about 35 minutes! Also had a quote for upgrading to a heat/air unit. The owner Scott, came out and discussed everything with us, and we expect it to be installed on Friday. He is professional, knowledgeable, concerned about our situation, and very kind & friendly. I am grateful we found them! The new system is great!
