We were very fortunate to get TLC’s new Remodeling Division to remodel our guest bathroom . Kyle Dallas was our first contact, and he very patiently discussed with us some of the special features we wanted and assured us they could be done. The team arrived on time every morning and worked professionally through the day every day. Jesus Acosta and Sam Avery did most of the job and thoughtfully asked if we had any questions as the project proceeded. It was a job well done and we were very pleased with the new bathroom. The scheduler was very polite and eager to help me yesterday. Definitely customer oriented. Today, James called first and arrived on time. He solved my plumbing problem quickly. He went out of his way to troubleshoot another issue for me. Professional and capable. Also, wiped his boots off on the outdoor rug multiple times. This speaks to his overall performance and respectfulness towards the customer.

TLC was wonderful! We got a call back the very next morning after submitting a request for work and were able to get an appointment right away. Shannon R. was on time, very courteous and after evaluating the problem got us an estimate and made an appointment for the next day to do the work. He fixed everything and went above and beyond by cleaning up the work area and replacing shelves that had to be removed to do the work. The final price was what was quoted.
