Mike was the tech that came out to repair my evaporated cooler. He was on time, courteous, listened to my concerns, and worked quickly. He thoroughly checked the unit and made sure it was cooling properly before he left. Mike was mindful of keeping his time frame within my budget. I’ve never experienced such a thorough and detailed technician. The office staff was also very courteous and helpful. The ladies answered the phone promptly and answered all of my questions. Vince Brothers , the owner , came out to perform the evaluation and quote … Vince was thorough and shared with me his reasoning and selections (3) to choose from . The install team of Jason and Dave performed quality work , and the lead , Jason , kept me informed 2-3 times per day over the 3 day effort , of the progress to date and the next steps .
