Phillip did a wonderful job in replacing our older evaporative cooler with a new type of effect cooler. The most amazing part about this is the service we got from Phillip. They’ve either been criminally incompetent, extremely unresponsive and unreliable, or wildly overpriced. Phillip was referred to me by a friend because I was at the end of my rope trying to sift through a bevy of unreliable HVAC companies. I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, punctuality, and communication. He recommended a simple fix for my issues that was ultimately effective. He wasn’t inexpensive, but a far cry from some of the larger companies in town that were quoting me outrageous prices. The price was very reasonable considering his professionalism and results.
