Dom had initially come by responding to a stopped drain. He handled that quickly. While he was there I asked him to look at what I had guessed was a failing water heater. Before he left he had given me a ballpark estimate, which he later converted into a written bid. He wasn't the cheapest but he was prompt and professional. Just yesterday the water heater in my home decided to give out and die... knowing that the weather has been super-hot I knew it was going to be difficult to get a plumber/service provider down. I first called another company who unfortunately could not help me in the time needed and so I was referred to Dom’s Plumbing. Immediately Dom began to help me over the phone getting everything set up. He could not come yesterday but said he would be at my home first thing in the morning. Sure enough, 0745 this morning Dom himself showed up with Adam (employee) and began to work. They were fast, and efficient and answered all my questions about the new system he installed. I WILL be calling them for future services when needed! I felt very taken care of by these guys knowing not having hot water for dishes, showers etc..
