Kidzz Mechanical was one of the only places that would deal with me, since I wanted to install my own mini splits and have them certified by a Mitsubishi technician. They were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering questions and coming out multiple times to fix what turned out to be a factory issue. They were always polite and explain things well and arrived early and spent as much time as was needed fixing the issues. From the first contact to the final installation everyone was polite, professional and personable. The service was quick and on time. The blower motor died on our air conditioning and Kidzz Mechanical was able to quickly diagnose the problem and then install a replacement. We had to wait a few days for the part to come in, but that's not their fault. Both Jeremy and Neil were on-time, professional, and courteous and I was very happy with the price.
