I reached out to McDonald Electric to help troubleshoot an issue I was having with a few outlets of a newly purchased home. Mike was very honest and helpful! First, he recommended that I work through the home warranty I had on the home (which I had forgotten about!), and then helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone to hopefully save me a call to the warranty company. We were able to fix the issue in a few minutes! I appreciate that Mike took the time to help me even though he certainly did not need to. Furthermore, I appreciate that he reminded me about my home warranty when he could have scheduled a consultation with his company. Very honest and nice guy! We will be using McDonald Electric in the future for any electrical issues.
Left Mike a message before business hours, but had a callback in 5 minutes. Arrived promptly, and had the issue knocked out in no time. Will definitely call McDonald Electric if we need other electrical work done.
