Cory, was prompt and came at the beginning of the service window which was great. Cory, expertly switched my system over to AC for the seasonal maintenance. He also diagnosed a line leak on my water softener, fixed it, drained it, filled it with salt and recharged the unit! Cory was also very informative about the softener and my heating and cooling system which was greatly appreciated. Cory’s service was outstanding and he’s a nice guy as well. The maintenance package I purchased last year has been worth every penny and I intend to purchase another for the coming year. The cost has risen because of inflation but is still a great value. The seasonal change over was included in the maintenance package but Cory didn’t charge me for getting my softener up and running!
