Thompson resolved issue of roof AC drains installed to code but corroding the galvanized canales. They extended the drain lines which had been installed 2 years ago and refunded the service charge. They also said that they will consider in future if canales are steel vs aluminum to avoid this problem developing. Great willingness to listen to customers and do what is right! The service man arrived quickly and gave a heads up. The service was completed quickly and the parts were delivered quickly as well. The cost was cheaper than expected and warranty’s were checked on and cost was covered appropriately. Thank you, Thompson cooking and heating.
