Sent an email the night prior to them contacting me. They called early in the morning & a tech was heading my way & would be there by 8 am & he was on time. Compared price of replacing my hot water tank to one installed by another company in a home near by & Atlas was a much better price. Donnie Parke was extremely professional & patient with all my questions. A friend who knew the owner recommended them & glad she did! Very satisfied with their response & quality workmanship. Atlas plumbing very responsive and efficient! since the start making an appointment and getting a technician to my house was fast. Donald Park was the technician in charge of my problem. Donald figured out the problem in less than a minute, very honest and efficient. I will recommend atlas plumbing & drain and Donald Park anytime, very satisfied with their services. Glen saved us!! We were without one of our two toilets in our house for the last 2 weeks while trying to deal with a warranty company. We called last night around 4:30pm and they had Glen here at 6am to install a new toilet for us. He was wonderful, very knowledgeable & professional. It was also very nice speaking to Sunshine when I called to schedule. She was awesome and very helpful. We will be using Atlas for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Service: Toilet repair
