I am pleased to have found an honest company in Controlled Comfort. They have performed some much needed service on my 27 year old unit and it's working great! This is after a previous company was actively sabotaging it to compel me to buy a new one .But Controlled Comfort inspected my unit and the problem they found was easily fixed. We had a complicated AC issue followed by a water leak. Controlled Comfort came by 4 times (once to assess the problem, twice to fix issues, and once to double check everything was functioning correctly) and I really appreciated their diligence.
