The technician arrived early and was very professional. He took the time to check my system and give me multiple options for problems that were found. He was even transparent enough to let me know he would not be able to fix some of the problems due to the age of my system. I've used Black Mountain on several occasions for tune-ups and miscellaneous issues with my furnace, thermostats and a/c.  They've been very easy to work with - they communicate well, arrive on time, and do what they say. I felt that their prices were fair. Recently, I decided to replace my 18-year old hvac systems and asked Black Mountain for bids.  I ended up choosing their solution. The installation of the new furnace and a/c went smoothly. Their bid wasn't the lowest price. But, compared to others, their solution appeared to be a much better value - a 2-speed, top-rated a/c with a high-efficiency furnace for just a bit more than the bids from other competitors for less efficient systems. If I could give Black Mountain 100 stars I would. I contacted Black Mountain Air in order to come out and do a diagnostic visit for my air conditioner. Michael was our tech. He did an amazing job especially when it came to explaining things to us that we could understand. He did a thorough job checking everything. Michael found what the noise was that we were experiencing when our air conditioner fan turned off and resolved the problem. I would totally recommend Black Mountain Air.
