Original 40 year old system died. Called in Dec. 12, Scheduled install next day for a new rooftop HVAC system. I usually don’t write reviews but I could not have been happier with A Plus Heating and cooling so I want to share my experience. Mario was the first one who came to access our A/C not working and he was on time and was very thorough. Found out the compressor was the problem. They reported it to our home warranty and the part was immediately ordered. Upon the part’s arrival they send out Raul and Luis. Those two were very skilled and professional and got the repair done in no time. Best of all they were extremely friendly and welcoming me to the parts and what they were doing. Throughout the process they always picked up my phone calls and kept me informed. Their front office lady was very kind. I had tried another A/C company prior to this one that the home warranty had first assigned me with but after 4 days of trying to reach them I called my home warranty and got reassigned to A plus Heating & Cooling.
