Original 40 year old system died. Called in Dec. 12, Scheduled install next day for a new rooftop HVAC system. There quick to come install brand new unit but I had trouble after install Not even few months after for heating I had issues and still have issues I texted owner My address and asked when he can come out still no answer after few weeks

A Plus was the contractor that my home warranty assigned when my downstairs unit went out. Had to leave a message to schedule service since it was after hours. They called to schedule as they opened the next day and Mario was at my house around 9:15 am. He had to get a part which he got but I was not home when he called back to install it. He had already gotten to my house and waited for me to get there. Given the temps here in Vegas, I thought this was above beyond since I know he was very busy and could have rescheduled me for the next day. He had the part on in no time. I would use A plus again and recommend them to anyone that needs AC service.
