We put a work order in on Tuesday evening with our home owners. They set us up with this company and they were supposed to come out on Wednesday and the tech was running about an hour behind which we understand things happen but we couldn't wait so we rescheduled for Thursday. The tech came out on Thursday and told my husband that he didn't have the parts and he had to come back after they put the order in to our home owners. As soon as he left my husband called and said it was starting to get warm in the house but we assumed it was because he was just working on it so I told him to wait a little bit and see if it starts to get cold. It never got cold it was 95° in my home so I called the company twice to let them now they said they would call back and never did. So after having to have my whole family sleep in my room with a window AC unit that night because it got up to 98° in my house I reached out first thing Friday morning and the rep I spoke with said there was a lot of work that

I was so appreciative in meeting the Tech Gea Soriano. When she came to the door she introduced herself very professionally and had her booties on hand eager to get working. I liked her enthusiasm and pride in her work! I asked questions and she thoroughly engaged attentively showing me how to care for the ac compressor. She continued to do her inspection in the attic while my grandson asked questions as well. Gea is surely an asset to your company and what I admired the most about her was she was mindful in keeping her working area clean leaving no dirty fingerprints on walls or doors. Pioneer did not bother to call to cancel an appointment I called them. I decided to go with a different company, they called to make it right, rescheduled the appointment they again never called or showed up I called them. Definitely the most unprofessional companies I have every dealt with.
