Pioneer Air

They missed 3 scheduled appointments. One day didn’t show up or call. The 3rd time promised a call back and no return call. Truck broke down, their time is more valuable than their customers. Do not recommend. Asked for a Mgr even sent him a direct txt and no response Service: HVAC system repair

When my air conditioning unit broke, I was looking for a company that could do an inspection on my AC unit that same day and was willing to work with me along with my home warranty company. Pioneer Air came through from Joannie, who answered the telephone, the technicians, and the management team; they were all professional and truly cared about my experience. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that we had portable AC units in all of our bedrooms so we could sleep comfortably at night while waiting for our new unit to be installed. Pioneer Air not only worked with me and my home warranty company but was compassionate in the process. I will definitely be calling Pioneer Air again in the future if my A/C unit suddenly breaks. This is the second appointment that pioneer air conditioning majorly disappointed me. First appointment they said they couldn't get up in the attic because it was too small which is untrue because I've had the other Air conditioning company replace a fan motor and wheel blower recently. Second appointment a year later, pioneer air conditioning called me, I didn't call them for a yearly maintenance that's paid by Nevada energy. Pioneer air conditioning was supposed to do a checklist of items for a tune-up. They didn't do any tune up The technician was young and just took photos, I would not call that a tune-up. I called management to ask for a list of items that they did do, it's been 2 weeks I have gotten zero list. I've reminded them several times and I still haven't got what I requested. I would not recommend this company.
