Air Squad - Air Conditioning - Heating - Plumbing

Air Squad Came out for a home warranty claim, within 5 minutes started a bait and switch game with us. Tried to charge us $1500 to replace our water heater (under warranty), the next day we had a legitimate plumber swap our water heater out for $1100 without being under warranty. We recently had Air Squad sent out by our warranty company Old Republic to repair our pressure relief valve. Master plumber Mike came out and did a fantastic job. The install required some minor modifications that he was able to perform to complete the job in very little time. He also took the time to explain what the causes of the failure may have been, and things that we could do as homeowners to help maintain our plumbing system. He was very patient and professional. We have dealt with other plumbing companies recently for our water heater and water softener, and I will say that not all plumbing companies are the same, it's pretty much hit or miss as to their performance, and professionalism. I had Air Squad out to fix my AC and they were great! Marco was my service technician and he was very prompt, professional, on time and explained everything about the repair so that I could understand it. Will definitely be coming back here for my next repair. :) Service: A/C system repair
