I called to request two quotes for my toilet that had running water and was scheduled right away. Office staff was really nice. The plumbers arrived on time, not sure if one was training but both plumbers were really nice and friendly. They provided us with two way over priced quotes. The plumbers recommended the same toilets they installed for Resorts Worlds. First red flag. In my head I was like really….We’re normal people living in a middle class home, why would you recommended the most expensive toilet there is. Whatever. First quote we received was for them to completely replace two toilets: They quoted us over $1,000.00 for each toilet to get replaced. Second quote we received was for them to change all the parts inside the toilet: They quoted us around $900 for each toilet. My husband and I immediately laughed when they left our home. Our first immediate thought was wow do they think we’re dumb? We went with another company sent us an honest plumber and charged us $150 to change

They'd installed a water heater for me last year and the service was great. Now my water softener went out so I had them come out to see if it could be fixed. It was an expensive unit that I purchased about 6 years ago from Lowe's which the tech, Jose, mentioned they didn't have parts for and could not fix. I asked how much a new unit would be and the price of $2,500 with install was given to me which I felt was a bit high. I did call around to some other places and relayed that, and the price came down to $1,800 which was a drastic decrease which I didn't feel to great about. When I say that it's because I felt that maybe I was getting price gouged. I decided to go with the $1,800 even though it may have been a little more expensive than the other companies I'd checked with for a similar unit because the work performed previously for me was good. We called Precision Plumbing today to come out and look at our hot water heater. They sent Thomas out to check things out and give us a free estimate. I can't say enough good things about Thomas. He was very honest and upfront about everything. Gave me a free estimate and was very honest about things. I should also mention they were out to my house within an hour of calling. I'm not sure what others would charge as we haven't had anyone else come out but I'm happy with my experience with this company and the free estimate they gave me.
