Ty was so beyond kind to us. He truly went the extra mile. He took the time to explain to us what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and was very thorough. Service like this is very rare to come by. He even stayed to make sure our valve was not leaking and gave us advice on what to do in the future. Very personable and did clean work. We are so beyond thankful for the service, advice, and kindness. The woman I spoke to on the phone was also amazing and I let him know and he said he couldn’t agree more. Called Precision Plumbing because of a leak from the houses water main shut off valve. They were out when scheduled. Jose was the man in charge. He assessed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. Within 1 hour the water leak was fixed. He even added a water spigot at no charge.
