I go through my property manager who uses them a lot. I have no complaints about the quality of their work and the results of their remediation of my latest rental problem looked quite good. Their people are responsive. I would suggest keeping in the communications loop between the insurance company claims adjuster and All American. For myself, I found a bit of a disconnect between them (a prior claim) due to the limitations of the insurer's email system. I gave it a little push and things rolled on.
