The heater went out last week and I submitted an online service request through the home warranty, First Amercian. The next morning, I received an automated text from American Southwest Electric - HVAC Division stating they would be out at 10am. Julio was the tech assigned to the job and he was there on time and dressed professionally. He knew exactly how to diagnose the issue and found the motor was defective. He worked diligently to always keep me updated during his search to find the right part. The office also sent automated confirmation texts for the appointments as well. Today, he sourced a motor that fit and worked perfectly! The heat was operating again within minutes. He checked the returns via a sensor and all was good on the readings. Used them through a home warranty. The technician replaced the compressor motor with the wrong motor. Trish there was not willing to work with me at all about replacing. It’s 111 out.
