Zach came out at 7 pm for an emergency air conditioner issue, he showed up within an hour of my call and had the issue diagnosed within 30 minutes. He was professional and kind, and was able to get the required replacement parts installed with his coworker Eli by the next afternoon and my AC was working beautifully again. I am so grateful they were able to fit me in so fast and worked so quickly and efficiently, I would highly recommend Fast Response. Great service. Service: A/C system repair

They came out just for a maintenance check and found a part (capacitor) that needed replacing. They quoted me a price that seemed quite high, as they part is only $20. Then, they went on about install costs and etc. I called another company, who does second opinions for free, and their install cost/part was over 50% less. I asked Fast Response if they'd match the price, and they said no because I called around to get a second opinion on the install. I guess I'm just supposed to trust them. It was all very cordial and they did as thorough job with the diagnostics, but they got very snippy when I questioned their prices. I think they were unprofessional in that aspect. Also, they're were some grumblings about how my system was only adequate and slightly old (2008), which I knew wasn't true as it looks brand new, is a solid unit and runs like a top. Had I not called about a maintenance check (as recommended by my nagging smart thermostat), I'd never have even noticed the capacitor

Zach showed up at the appointed time and was very professional yet friendly. He explained what he was going to do and showed me pictures of what he had seen after he finished. He changed out my two air filters and cleaned up the “fallout” from the attic. He showed me the results of his inspection checklist and thoroughly explained what it all meant and then, asked if I had any questions. I did and Zach provided answers. I highly recommend him and plan to request Zach next time when they call to schedule my system’s seasonal check. Zach is the best!!! Service: Heating system maintenance
