We have used BEST for a little while now. First was for our AC needs, then our new water heater. After that, all new water/plumbing fixtures. Then last night we had a shower knob leaking. We called Saturday night, at about 8:30pm to schedule service for Sunday. The lady set the appointment, and Mike was there bright and early this morning. He was so friendly, knowledge, and walked us through exactly what he thought the problem was. Sure enough, being the expert, he took care of it quickly and efficiently. Ever since day one with this company, they have gone above and beyond with their excellent customer service, their expert employees, and getting the job done right, every time! We had Fernando come into our home and both fix a broken valve repaired by a former service and install a home water softener. He was great!
