Ricky and Brent made our day!! With it being a holiday weekend, Fetch-a-tech came through to replace our AC units! They were upfront, honest, and did everything possible to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Friendly, fast, and very affordable, Fetch-a-tech is A1 and we highly recommend! Jimmy was awesome too!! Fast and informative during and after the process Rodriguez. Finishing out with Chris Apollo, professional and very fast. Everyone whom we’ve had from Fetch-A-Tech has been amazing, we can’t thank you enough. The tech.s Were great and professional and knowledgeable. But there was a issue that they kept pushing that I disagreed on. Which should have been addressed when we bought the new A/C unit a year ago but wasn't. Had to come 3 times in a week to fix unit. That's why we purchased a new unit so we would be in this situation. Time will tell !!!

My technician Ethan was professional and very personable. He explained everything clearly and showed me the problem areas that we needed to have fixed. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with my fetch-a-tech experience. And Ethan is an A+ technician with great patience and took his time to explain everything to me.
